We are experienced in handling collection accounts from “cradle to grave”: skip tracing; initial demand; payment arrangements; litigation and collecting on judgments.
Collection calls are made at all times allowed by law. If, for example, your customer is most likely to be available during the evening, then that’s when our collectors will work the account. If your customer is a contractor that is out of the office before 8:00AM then our collectors will contact them early in the morning. Our flexibility means we can be more effective than a large nine to five type collection agency.
