Oursourcing Customer service calls for accounts that are a slow pay but not yet delinquent. Our collector will contact your customer with a reminder that the account needs attention.
Pre-Collect If your customer pays the debt within 10 days of the date of the notice then Crossfire doesn’t collect a fee on the account. If not paid after the 10th day then the account moves into an active collection status.
Collections Active pursuit to recover the full balance owed.
Litigation If a customer refuses to pay the debt and has some attachable asset – owns property, is working or has a bank account, then a lawsuit is warranted. Crossfire has an attorney on retainer and provides most lawsuit related services without additional charge to you. Once judgment has been entered by the court Crossfire is ready to take all available steps to enforce the judgment.
Reporting You will get information tailored to your specific needs. Clients have direct access to the people working their accounts and can know exactly what is happening at any time in the collection process.
